Where is the new office?

We look forward to welcoming you at our brand-new office in the Rambler Park building, which is in the same neighborhood as Dr. Feldman's prior practice. There is plenty of surface parking right outside the entrance.  We are located on the 4th floor (be sure to take the correct elevator bank).

I was Dr. Feldman's patient at his old practice. How do I transfer my medical records to Preston Hollow Allergy?

Please call Dallas Allergy and Asthma Center at (214) 691-1330 and ask the front office to transfer your health record. They will provide you the requisite form to complete to initiate the transfer.

Please note that we will not have access to your medical records unless you formally request a transfer through Dr. Feldman's old practice.

 

I am on allergy shots. Can I transfer my vials?

Yes, please call Dallas Allergy and Asthma Center and ask to transfer your vials.  You will have the option to pick them up and bring them to our new office.

 

Will you have a shot clinic?

Yes! Our shot clinic will be open during our regular clinic hours. Please note that Dr. Feldman will not be offering Saturday or late evening shot clinics at his new location. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Will you offer telemedicine appointments?

Yes, we will offer in person and telemedicine appointments for your convenience. Please let our scheduling staff know if that is your preference.

Are there any other providers at Preston Hollow Allergy?

We are thrilled that Elizabeth Rose, a tenured advanced practice nurse practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience in Allergy and Immunology, will be on the team to help care for our patients.

What insurance will you take?

Preston Hollow Allergy accepts major providers such as, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana and more. Our staff will be able to verify your specific insurance coverage prior to your appointment.

Dr. Feldman will not be accepting Medicare plans.

 

Will Dr. Feldman and his team be offering any new treatments at Preston Hollow Allergy?

Preston Hollow Allergy is excited to offer new, cutting-edge therapies, such as sublingual immunotherapy for nasal allergies and allergic asthma, sublingual immunotherapy for peanut allergy, and Xolair for all food allergies. We will also be offering in-office infusion and biologic administration.

I am on or need to start a biologic therapy.  How can I receive this therapy at Preston Hollow Allergy?

For our patients' convenience, we offer in-office administration of biologic injections and infusions, such as Dupixent, Xolair, Fasenra, Nucala, Tezspire, and more.  Please ask us more about our partnership with Altus Biologics to streamline the approval and administration process for many of these treatments.
